SUNY University at Buffalo, Rehabilitation of Crosby
Provided cost estimating services (through Schematic Phase) for an exterior/interior gut renovation project at UB’s School of Architecture & Planning, with complete replacement of fire alarm systems and addition of standpipe, sprinkler system, annunciator panel, etc.. The building is a distinctive, period-style four-story stone structure, and together with neighboring Hayes Hall, defines a major entry to the campus. The project was a re-design of over 76,000 square feet of space, and included options for historic window replacement, a chiller loop segment and power generator.
