Cost Estimating Services for an exterior/interior gut renovation project at UB’s School of Architecture & Planning, with replacement of complete safety systems (including addition of standpipe, sprinkler system, etc.). The 19th century building, a multi-story stone structure in period architecture, is a well known entry marker for the Main Street approach to the UB complex. The project is a re-design of over 82,000 square feet of space, and includes options for historic window replacement, a chiller loop segment and power generator. This is a LEED silver certification project.
