Cost Estimating Services for a gut renovation at a food services and dining structure, involving full exterior/interior renovations and replacement of all systems and equipment. The building is a vintage 1960’s era brick and limestone structure, fronting the main quad on a busy upstate SUNY campus. This is a LEED silver certification project.
